When leaders, support teams, and managers from our 160 locations across 13 states gathered for their annual conference last week in Reno, Nevada, they wanted to do more than learn.

They wanted to give.

They assembled 35 bikes, helmets, locks, and delivered these, along with inspiring messages boards to the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows.

That afternoon, 35 kids at the Boys & Girls Club were called up for meeting various achievements. Each of those kids got to choose a new bike.

The smiles did us in.

And we think they'll do you in, too.

This awesome exercise in giving left a positive mark on the kids in this community as well as on every manager who helped make this happen.
