Unfortunately, 12th & Broadway Restaurant & Popular Market Tribute is permanently closed. However, when it was open, it was a classic diner-style restaurant located on Park Boulevard. The restaurant was known for its great breakfast and lunch specials. Even though the restaurant is no longer in operation, there are several social media posts featuring the iconic Popular Market tower that once adorned the building.

To get to the restaurant on Park Boulevard in San Diego, you can take the MTS bus route 7 or 215 and get off at the Park Blvd & Broadway stop. If you prefer driving, take the I-5 South and exit on B Street. Continue straight onto Broadway and turn left onto Park Blvd. Parking is available at various lots nearby, including the Park It On Market garage located at 614 Market St.
