🤗 Join our hands-on Cooking Classes at Solare. 🤗
You can join Chef Maria this Saturday (May 23) and together you are in the Solare Kitchen making amazing Lasagna from scratch. Wow.
Then on Satuday May 30, the Class is focused on Osso Buco and also teaches you how to make risotto the way we do it here at Solare.
We have great Classes in June too. Everything is in the Events section of our website.
💥 Each class starts with an Italian coffee and includes the hands-on cooking class, Italian wine, and a full lunch. Class sizes are limited.
Our Cooking Classes offer a truly hands-on experience allowing each student to create Italian cuisine themselves to make at home. Our classes are not just a “demonstration” - you have an apron on and you are prepping and cooking.
The fun typically starts at 10:30am at Solare (10am for some classes) with an Italian-style coffee of your choice. Italian wine is served for students interested in “cooking with wine”.
The Classes do sell out fast due to the limited size.

😃 Wild caught fresh Alaskan King Salmon from the waters of Yakutat Bay in Alaska. Incredible! 😃
The season just started - we know the owner of "10th & M Seafoods" in Anchorage, and he made this happen for us.

The King Salmon we received was swimming in the Yakutat Bay on Thursday - they were caught - quickly processed fresh (not frozen) - packaged for Solare - and sent to San Diego on Alaska Airline ✈️ Cargo Shipping. Wow!
This is literally the most fresh and best King Salmon you can have. The color is incredible. 🙂
We are serving it now - we have 35 pounds - please join us asap before the King Salmon disappears.
To honor the quality of this King Salmon, Chef Denice is simply roasting it on a cedar plank. That's it. No sauces or toppings. Just pure fresh King Salmon.
