What a pleasure it was to partner with Padres Foundation for their annual back-to-school shopping event with Monarch School Project! 🤎💛
The San Diego Padres back-to-school shopping event gives students the opportunity to shop one-on-one with Padres staff, players, and alumni for new clothes, shoes, and school essentials. After a morning full of shopping, the Chick-fil-A restaurants throughout San Diego were able to provide lunch to all students and volunteers, making the day one to remember.

Today we said a bittersweet “see ya later” to Cale! 🐊🐮
Cale has been with our team since we first opened, and has served as our Director of Talent for over a year now. He has made a great impact in the way our team is trained to better serve our guests, and has played a huge role in the culture of our restaurant. We are incredibly grateful for Cale and his impact.
We are wishing him and his family the best as they move out of state, and know that they will be able to make anywhere feel like home, similar to how Cale has helped to make our restaurant feel like home away from home. 🌊💚
