These quick and easy egg, ham & cheese croissant boats are flaky, savory and made with Sprouts Brand favorites — giving “breakfast out” energy, without leaving home this Mother’s Day.
You’ll need:
🥐 Sprouts croissants (regular or mini)
🍳 Sprouts organic pasture raised eggs
🥓 Sprouts spiral sliced ham
🧀 Sprouts shredded cheese
🌿 Chives
How to make:
Cut a diamond into each croissant and scoop out the center. Layer cheese and ham, add an egg, season and bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes until golden and set. Finish with chives and serve warm with fresh produce and your fave morning sip!
