After 10 incredible years in North Park, we’re saddened to share that Mastiff Kitchen at North Park Beer Co. will be closing. Our last day of service will be Sunday, May 3rd.
While this decision was not ours, we’re proud of what we built here - our longtime staff and the friendships formed. We’re also incredibly grateful for the community that showed up and brought the space to life. North Park has meant so much to us.
Mastiff Kitchen carries on. You’re still able to get your fix at our La Mesa location with the same great food and 30 rotating craft beer taps. We hope to see you there!

10 years ago we set out with a food truck to pair our housemade sausages with San Diego’s craft beer scene. Today, we’re excited to announce the opening of Mastiff’s first stand alone location! Proudly carrying the torch that Craft Kitchen started, we’ll soon be serving delicious food & local craft beers 4253 Palm Ave in La Mesa!

Big News... after a lot of thinking, we've decided to close our location at Liberty Public Market. It has been a great 4 years and we appreciate all the love and support we've gotten from everyone. We still really believe in LPM and have expanded to different concepts like The Pig's Gig BBQ (May 2019) and the launch of Fluster Cluck Hot Chicken two weeks ago. We also have a new burger project in the works and are excited to share details on that in the coming weeks. So, although we stay optimistic about the future of LPM, it's time to part ways with Mastiff at the market. For your Mastiff fix, we still have the food truck and catering and of course are inside North Park Beer Co. Come out for one last visit. Our final day of service will be this Sunday!

To get to University Avenue in San Diego via public transport, you can take the Blue Line Trolley and get off at the Park Boulevard Station. From there, walk east on University Avenue for about 10 minutes until you reach the snack van and new American restaurant and caterer.
If you're driving, you can take Interstate 8 and exit at Texas Street. Drive south on Texas Street until you reach University Avenue, then turn left and continue east for about a mile until you see the snack van and new American restaurant and caterer on your right.
Parking options near the area include street parking or nearby parking lots that offer hourly rates. It's best to check availability beforehand if you plan to park near the area.
