🎉 Team Member Tuesday: Meet Sav! 🐔💬 Sav is one of the driven and creative team members here at Chick-fil-A Santee, and we’re so lucky to have her on our team! Her go-to order is a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a cookie 🍪🔥, always paired with her current favorite—jalapeño ranch sauce 😋. Fun fact: Sav played competitive soccer for most of her life ⚽ and is also a proud dog mom to FOUR pups 🐶🐶🐶🐶! What she loves most about working here is the positive atmosphere and the friendships she’s built along the way 💛 it’s what makes every shift even better.
When she’s not at work, you can find Sav playing video games 🎮, hanging out with friends, or writing ✍️, ties perfectly into her future goals. She plans to transfer to SDSU, earn her bachelor’s degree in English/Literature 🎓, and eventually become a video game narrative designer 🎮📖. One of her biggest dreams is to publish a book someday, and we don’t doubt she’ll make it happen 📚✨. Sav says her biggest motivation comes from her friends and family 💯, and it shows in her hard work and dedication every day. Her creativity, ambition, and positive energy make her such a special part of our team 🫶 Be sure to say hi next time you see her!

🎉 Team Member Tuesday: Meet Shelby! 🐔💬 Shelby brings such a fun, positive energy to our Chick-fil-A Santee team, and it definitely shows in everything she does! Her go-to order is a Market Salad with grilled nuggets paired with classic Chick-fil-A Sauce 😋 simple, fresh, and always a good choice. When she’s not at work, Shelby is all about staying active and creative. She’s been surfing since she was little 🌊 and also plays tennis, soccer, and runs track & field 🏃♀️🎾⚽️. On top of that, she loves photography, more specifically animal photography 📸🐾. Whether she’s out by the ocean or behind the camera, she’s always doing something she loves.What Shelby enjoys most about working here is the happy, uplifting vibe everyone brings to each shift 🫶 and it’s clear she adds to that positivity every day! Outside of work, you’ll find her hanging out with friends, sewing, or listening to music to get in the zone before a game or turn her mood around 🎶✨. Shelby is graduating high school next month 🎓 and has big plans ahead as she heads to college in San Diego (still deciding where!). Her dream? To live by the beach and surf as much as possible 🌅🏄♀️ sounds pretty perfect if you ask us.We’re so excited to see all that Shelby accomplishes and are so lucky to have her on our team! 🎉🐔 TEAM MEMBER TUESDAY 🐔🎉 Meet Mecca, one of our amazing team members who brings laughter, positivity, and realness to our Chick-fil-A Santee family every day 💛✨ Her go-to order is a whole vibe 😋kids grilled nuggets with mac & cheese, a small fry, an ice cream cup, and a Hi-C to top it off 🧃🍦 Her favorite sauce? Honey roasted BBQ of course 🔥 When she’s not at work, Mecca loves being in theater 🎭, cooking up something good, getting some well-deserved sleep, or going out solo for some peaceful “me time” 🫶 One of her favorite things about working here is being surrounded by such funny coworkers (we know that’s right 😂) Fun fact: she’s the middle child of five AND works with her sister, who’s also her manager 👀💅 Mecca is currently a senior and getting ready for her next big chapter, heading to San Francisco to pursue her dream of becoming an elementary school teacher 📚🍎 Her biggest motivation? ✨💜 TEAM MEMBER TUESDAY 💜✨ Meet Heidi, one of the amazing team members who brings positivity, energy, and heart to our Chick-fil-A Santee family every single day 💋😝 Her go-to order is breakfast ALL the way. A sausage with American cheese biscuit and a side of hash browns because nothing beats those freshly made biscuits 🤤 Her favorite sauce is zesty buffalo, and yes, she’s dipping her hash browns in it 😋 Heidi loves to travel and visits her best friend in Orlando at least once a year ✈️ She’s also a huge fan of live country music (it feeds her soul 🎶), and her and her husband attend 3–5 concerts a year, sometimes even traveling out of state 🤠 She’s always down for a spontaneous adventure, no planning needed 💃 What she loves most about working at Chick-fil-A is knowing every day is a new adventure and getting to connect with both front of house and back of house teammates 🫶 One of her biggest goals is to travel to Europe with her husband once their last child graduates 💕 When she’s not at work, she’s traveling, making memories with her husband, or spending time with her kids (and hopefully soon-to-be son-in-law 🥹) Her biggest motivation in life is her family, especially watching her daughter thrive at the University of Arizona and her son prepare for his next chapter 🥰 As for what’s next, she’s excited to cheer on her kids, travel as much as possible, and enjoy life as an empty nester with her husband 💜✈️ Show Heidi some love in the comments!! 👇💕

🎶 Meet Brandon, one of the friendly faces you’ll see here at Chick-fil-A! 🌟 His go-to order is a Grilled Chicken Sandwich with a side salad and extra roasted almonds 🥗, paired with either Buffalo or Sweet & Spicy Sriracha sauce for a little kick 🔥. Brandon grew up near Oma’s Pumpkin Patch & Family Farm 🎃🚜 and loves spending his free time gardening 🌱, being outdoors ☀️, playing sports 🏀, and hanging out with family and friends ❤️.One of the most incredible things about Brandon is his resilience, after suffering a traumatic brain injury and being given only a 5% chance of survival, he continues to make progress every day through faith, support, and determination 🙏✨. He says what he loves most about working here is the great guests and terrific team members that make it such a positive environment 😊🐔.Brandon is motivated by giving back what he’s been given, growing closer with family, friends, and God 🙌, and hopes to purchase a car in the future 🚗 while continuing to discover the career path he’s meant to pursue. Directions to the fast food restaurant, chicken restaurant, and caterer located on Mission Gorge Road in Santee can be reached by public transport or by driving/parking. For those using public transport, the closest bus stop is at Mission Gorge Rd & Cuyamaca St, which is served by bus routes 14 and 815. From there, it's a short walk to the restaurant.
For those who are driving, take the exit for Mission Gorge Road from CA-52 and head south towards Santee. The restaurant will be on the right-hand side of the road after passing through Magnolia Avenue intersection. Parking is available on-site in a large car park.
