The Peruvian Chinese food is called “Chifa” which means to eat or eat rice 🍚

Chifa is a term used in Peru 🇵🇪 to refer both to the cuisine brought and the one adapted to the Peruvian palate by Chinese immigrants, mainly from the Canton area, that started immigrating between the 19th and the early 20th century, as well as to designate restaurants where this food is served.
