The recipes come from over 110 years of "OUR FAMILY COOKING" recipes handed down from their Great grandmother, Grandmothers, Mother, and Father.
Linme's Gourmet SOUL FOOD and Catering is a family-owned and operated business that loves to cook and feed people. Their belief is that "The JOY someone gets from eating good food is PRICELESS." They also feed the homeless weekly and donate some of their proceeds to BREAST CANCER RESEARCH. This shows how much they care about their community.
Their menu offers a variety of meats such as smothered or fried chicken, smothered or fried pork chops, meatloaf, liver and onions, fried fish (catfish and tilapia), among others. All dinners come with a meat and two sides with extra sides available for an additional cost. Their sides include collard greens, fried cabbage, string beans, mac and cheese, candied yams, potato salad, mashed potatoes, rice and gravy, red beans and rice, black-eyed peas, corn.
One of their standout dishes is the BBQ Salad on a bed of fresh greens topped with smoked chicken served with THEIR OWN BBQ RANCH SAUCE which costs $8.50 for small size while $10.50 for large size.
