🧁 Some people look at Vanilla cupcakes and they think that they’re boring, but I don’t. You can do so much with a Vanilla cupcake. You can leave it as is, you can add sprinkles, fresh fruit, drizzle, and so much more. 🥰 Vanilla cupcakes really are the MVPs.

🧡 Apricots have been around for over 4000 years. Their origin is debated, so there’s no clear origin.
🧡 They were brought to North America in the 1700’s.
🧡 California produces 95% of the US supply. Apricot trees thrive in the Cali climate.
🧡 Astronauts ate apricots on the Apollo mission to the moon.
🧡 They are high in antioxidants.
Growing up my Nana had 2 apricot trees in her backyard. I have lots of great memories of picking fresh apricots off the trees.

🔘 Oreos, the delicious cookies that are the base for our Oreo Cookie Dream cupcakes, were first manufactured at the Nabisco factory in New York City on March 6, 1912.
🔘 Oreo released two flavors that year including original Oreos and a lemon meringue flavor, which was discontinued in 1920.
🔘 Oreo bakeries make more than 123,000 tons of creme to fill their perfect cookies. Each original Oreo cookie is 29 percent creme and 71 percent cookie.

🍪 A tip to keep your leftover cookies from getting hard & crunchy: store them with a piece of bread 🍞 The cookies will absorb the moisture from the bread and it will keep them soft for a couple days!
