To reach the shaved ice shop and ice cream parlor located on E Plaza Boulevard in National City by public transport, you can take the Blue or Orange Line of the San Diego Trolley and get off at the 8th Street Station. From there, walk for about 10 minutes towards your destination.
If driving, take the I-5 South and exit on Mile of Cars Way. Then, turn right onto Roosevelt Avenue and continue straight until you reach E Plaza Boulevard. The shaved ice shop and ice cream parlor are located on E Plaza Boulevard with parking available nearby.
