Have you ever tried K**a? K**a is the succulent, fatty “collar” or “jaw” portion of the fish. It is typically seasoned and grilled or broiled until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender. We have K**a on our menu so if you haven’t tried it yet feel free to ask if there is some available!

IT’S NAMA SEASON!
Namas are unpasteurized seasonal sake that come out every spring. They are fresh, bold and bright in flavor and only available for a short time. We have three available now as a flight and by the glass. One of them is from the brewery that did Seven Spearsmen which was a popular sake for us at Saiko that we unfortunately no longer carry so now is the time to come in and welcome in a new Spring season! Kanpai!

Cold weather? Hot sake!
Hot sake is NOT always for the “cheap stuff”. We use a steam table to warm each carafe slowly rather than use a machine that’s packed with that cheap boxed sake. Curating well made and delicious sake is what we pride ourselves on at Saiko and having the option to drink it warmed, especially during gloomy weather, is a great option.

We also have a delicious kitchen menu with specials that change regularly!
