On July 16, 2022, Best Cost Beer Fest, San Diego’s favorite cancer hating, beer loving fest, is moving on up to Waterfront Park for even more sudsy fun.
Bringing together over 100 breweries from all across the Best Coast, to allow beer lovers the opportunity to sippity, sip, sip on over 200 beers from the West Coast’s best breweries.
The beers will be perfectly paired with unbeatable views of San Diego Bay and the downtown skyline.

Tomorrow as part of the San Diego Event Coalition will be hosting the San Diego Empty Event Rally. What to expect at the San Diego Empty Event? 48 tables with 480 empty chairs. Each table represents 250,000 unemployed event industry workers nationwide. These are the florists, audio techs, caterers, planners, venue managers and entertainers that have worked tirelessly to bring you years of amazing memories. They are now struggling to stay employed and stay in business. Tomorrow we stand apart (at least 6ft apart and with masks) but we stand together to ask for assistance. When we are able to gather again, we want to still be here to create amazing experiences for you.

The Beer Garden venue at Waterfront Park is located in San Diego near the downtown area. For those using public transport, take the trolley to the Santa Fe Depot and walk towards the bay. Alternatively, take a bus to the Broadway & Pacific Hwy stop and walk towards the park. For those driving, take I-5 to exit 17A for Front St/Civic Center, continue on Front St then turn left onto W Ash St. The park will be on your left-hand side. Limited paid parking is available within the park.
