Happy Thursday amigos y amigas! Have you tried our carne asada taco yet?!?!? I know, I know, it’s just carne asada. But hear me out for a minute. We use chuck for our asada. It’s juicy, buttery, served on , topped with a raw sauce, cilantro, onion, and . I prefer mine with lots of our and about 1/2 lime per ! It’s been awhile since it’s been on the menu. style asada, served on a flour tortilla, slaw with a peanut ginger dressing, topped off with chile negro. Im super proud of this one!
