Although from different coasts & oceans Chef Josean will join Chef Mike to share global tradition, knowledge and personal passion to create an adventurous menu.

The Fishery on Cass Street in San Diego is a seafood restaurant that has been family owned and operated since 1997. This Michelin recognized restaurant also has a retail market where you can purchase fresh seafood to take home. The menu boasts delicious dishes such as Wild Troll Caught King Salmon tartare with cucumber dill buttermilk jalapeño, and San Diego Spot Prawns which are everyone's favorite local delicacy. The Fishery recently welcomed Chef Jon Bautista to their team, bringing new flavors and leadership to the menu. Their cocktail creations are pure luxury, with The Jewel being their favorite - made with vodka or gin, oyster shell vermouth, and fresh Ogo. The Fishery is also a top contender in San Diego Magazine's 2023 Best Restaurants Poll, with nominations for Top 5 Restaurant, Best Chef Mike Reidy, and Top Seafood. With all of these accolades and mouth-watering dishes, it's no wonder why The Fishery is a must-visit destination for seafood lovers in San Diego.
