To get to Highland Avenue in National City, there are a few options by public transport. From the downtown area, you can take the MTS Bus 929 which stops at Highland Avenue and Euclid Avenue, or the MTS Trolley Blue Line which stops at 8th Street Transit Center. From there, you will need to walk a few blocks to reach Highland Avenue.
If driving, take the I-5 South and exit on Civic Center Drive. Turn left onto Highland Avenue and look for parking in the surrounding streets or nearby parking lots. Please note that parking may be limited during peak hours.
