Organic Candy grapes taste like candy because of natural plant breeding, not added sugar or flavoring. When life gives us lemons, we give back to the community🍋

To wrap up Earth Month, Jimbo’s sent a volunteer team to the ProduceGood annual Glean-A-Thon, where we competed to harvest as many lemons as possible that would have otherwise gone to waste. We had an amazing time and together collected almost 6,000 POUNDS OF LEMONS that were donated to the community.

Thursday, May 21 2026 is Bike Anywhere Day in San Diego!
This is a free, annual event that Sandag has hosted in the San Diego region for more than 30 years. It is an opportunity for everyone to bike to work, school, the beach, or anywhere.

Register to participate in this event and pedal to one of 100 pit stops around the county to pick up a free, commemorative T-shirt on Thursday, May 21 between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM
(While supplies last). Jimbo’s pitstop will be on the 56 bike path in Carmel Valley near Carmel Creek Road. We‘re teaming up with & for the ultimate pit stop!

- Grilled Spicy Dill Turmeric Salmon

Ingredients:

-1pound Salmon Fillet, cut into large pieces
-Herb Salad (organic butter lettuce, organice mint, organic cilantro, organic cucumber)
-1 package organic vermicelli noodles

Marinade:

1 tsp organic coconut aminos
1 Tbsp fish sauce
1 Tbsp Wynn’s Kitchen saté chili sauce
1 Tbsp organic turmeric powder
1 Tbsp organic avocado oil
2 stalks of organic green onions, sliced 1 ½ inches
½ cup chopped fresh organic dill

Preparation:

-Combine marinade ingredients with dill and green onions. Add the salmon fillets and marinade for at least 10 minutes.
-Prepare the vermicelli noodles according to package.
-Wash and prepare the Herb Salad.
-Heat a grill pan with medium heat and spray with organic avocado oil.
-Grill the salmon, along with scallions and dill. Carefully turning the pieces after 2 minutes. Try not to over cook the fish.
-Wrap fish in a bed of lettuce with the fresh herbs and enjoy!
