Today we pause to honor Denny Sanford, whose generosity helped create opportunities for groundbreaking research and collaboration at the Sanford Consortium for Regenerative Medicine.
We have had the privilege of welcoming many members of this remarkable community to The Bella, and we are grateful to be a small part of the place his vision helped inspire.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family, friends, colleagues, and everyone whose lives were touched by his generosity.
Rest in peace, and thank you for your extraordinary legacy.

To get to the café and tapas bar & restaurant as well as the Italian restaurant and cafe on Torrey Pines Scenic Drive in San Diego, you can use public transportation or drive yourself. If using public transport, take the bus to Torrey Pines Road and then walk for approximately 15 minutes towards the cliffside. If driving, park at the Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve parking lot and take the path leading towards the coast until you reach a fork in the road. Take a left at this fork and continue on until you reach the café.
