Souplantation, a salad bar, soup restaurant, and buffet restaurant located on University Drive, was known for its farm-fresh ingredients, artisan salads, baked goods, and made-from-scratch soups. With a daily selection of soups and salads and hand-crafted muffins, focaccia, breads, and tasty desserts, Souplantation offered an all-you-care-to-eat dining experience. However, as of an announcement on May 8th, 2020 on social media that stated "We will miss you," it is with sadness to inform that Souplantation has been permanently closed.

Public Transport:
1. Take the bus to the Vista Transit Center located on North Santa Fe Avenue.
2. From the transit center, walk south on North Santa Fe Avenue towards West Vista Way.
3. Turn left onto West Vista Way and continue walking until you reach University Drive.
4. Turn right onto University Drive and continue for a few minutes until you reach your destination.
Driving/Parking:
1. If coming from the north, take Interstate 5 South and exit at CA-78 East towards Escondido.
If coming from the south, take Interstate 5 North and exit at CA-78 East towards Escondido.
2. Continue on CA-78 East for several miles until you reach the exit for Sycamore Avenue/College Boulevard.
3. Take the exit and turn left onto Sycamore Avenue.
4. Continue straight on Sycamore Avenue until you reach University Drive.
5. Turn right onto University Drive and look for parking options near your destination.
