We're going Island style today with our Jamaican Jerk Chicken for the Wednesday lunch special. Grilled Chicken with a fiery jerk marinade brings the flavor and we top it with shredded cheese, tomato and lettuce. We're running our house made Broccoli Cheddar soup for one last day.
