It is with heavy heart and mixed emotions that we announce the closing of When Pigs Fly BBQ. Our last day of operations will be Saturday October 14, 2023.

10 years ago having been led by the Lord we ventured into the restaurant business. To say it was a wild and exciting ride would be an understatement. We cannot begin to express how grateful we are to have met so many wonderful people on our journey. So many of you, our loyal and faithful customers, so many wonderful employees and even some that were perhaps not so wonderful. We have been truly blessed to have been given this opportunity. We continue to do the best we can to follow the Lord in our lives and let Him guide us through this journey we call life. There is no doubt the Lord had His hand in the opening of When Pigs Fly BBQ and there is no doubt that He has His hand in the closing of When Pigs Fly BBQ. We are at peace.

Thank you all so much for not only your patronage and friendship, but for helping us on our journey.

With mixed feelings I must announce the closing of When Pigs Fly BBQ Shed (downtown location).
It is with great excitement that I announce the reopening of When Pigs Fly BBQ (gas station location).
We are in the process of moving and hope to open sometime next week. We are keeping our burger menu and many of our beloved entrees.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank all of our patrons that came into When Pigs Fly BBQ Saturday for all their patience. I know the service was REALLY slow, but it could not be avoided. Where we normally have three in the kitchen we had one person, Izzy. She is an absolute rock star, but she is also only human and could only do so much. We apologize to those that may have come in during a period when we had no choice but to close the kitchen for a spell just to get caught up. Greener pastures are ahead as we train new staff members and welcome old staff members back from vacations. Thank you all so very much for your understanding.
