What people say

Isabel's Pacific Beach is a must-visit local business in San Diego. The fusion of traditional Latin and Asian cuisines creates an irresistible and modern taste sensation that is sure to satisfy any palate. The self-taught owner, cookbook author, and chef Isabel Cruz brings her culinary Latin heritage to the forefront while adding her unique twist with the Asian influence she absorbed while growing up in Los Angeles. Each dish is crafted with passion, resulting in bold and exotic flavors that are surprisingly healthy.

The dining space at Isabel's Pacific Beach is equally impressive, featuring a decorative dragon hovering mid-flight above the front door and a gigantic 15-foot Buddha statue propped above the dining room. The atmosphere is refreshingly atypical of coastal Pacific Beach, with intimate booths and warm colors creating a dramatic and hip ambiance.

Isabel's Cantina is known for being one of the top breakfast places in town, serving breakfast until 3 p.m. Guests can indulge in Banana-Blackberry Pancakes, Breakfast Tamales, Scrambles, and Coconut French Toast. Lunch and dinner options include Ahi Wontons, Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Grilled Salmon with house-made salsas, and much more.

Escape from the rowdy Pacific Beach bars and end your day at Isabel's Pacific Beach for an unforgettable culinary experience that will leave you wanting more.
