I have been cooking for 20 plus years. I have worked in Switzerland, U.S. India, and Australia as a chef. Food is my passion. If I am not cooking, I am out trying new restaurants.

I always wanted to start a meal prep service, but early in my career I was put off by the idea of cooking in bulk out of my home kitchen. Instead I put my effort into working as a chef, first in established kitchens, and eventually opening my own restaurant. To operate a commercial kitchen, I went through extensive training and am required to pass state and county food handling exams. Commercial kitchens are heavily regulated by the government to ensure we don’t compromise people's health.

There are numerous meal prep websites where you can buy food from "chefs" who are "well trained and have gone through proper certification." Unfortunately, the only thing these websites require is a food handler's certificate, which does not focus on food safety.

We promise to use only the best fresh ingredients available in the market, and to prepare your food with the highest hygienic standards.

We strive to provide excellent food at a reasonable price, and in order for us to keep doing what we are doing we will need your support. Please spread the word as much you can, and make it possible for all of us to get healthy and delicious Indian food at reasonable prices.

All of our food is cooked homestyle, with minimal oil, cream, and spices. If you want more flavor, we invite you to top off your meal with homemade ghee or Masala ghee. Try it once and you will be hooked!

You can receive your food hot or cold.

Hot food is cooked fresh every day and can be delivered to you every day.

Cold food is cooked twice a day, cooled in blast chillers, and packed. You take it home and heat it however you like. If you don’t want to eat your food right away, this is the best option.

While hot food is best eaten right away, if you are unable to enjoy it immediately, we suggest that you remove the lid from the container and let the food breathe. This will ensure the best experience when you are able to reheat the food!​

We take our work seriously and believe you shouldn’t have to sacrifice quality for convenience. We pride ourselves on always putting the satisfaction of our customers first, and won’t rest until each and everyone is happy with our service.

From San Diego International Airport, take Harbor Dr and turn left onto W Grape St. Continue straight and merge onto I-5 S. Take exit 18 for La Jolla Parkway and keep right at the fork to continue on Ardath Rd. Turn left onto Torrey Pines Rd and then turn right onto La Jolla Shores Dr. Turn right onto Avenida de la Playa, which becomes Camino Del Oro. Turn left onto Prospect St and follow until it becomes Girard Ave. Turn right onto Torrey Pines Rd and then turn left onto North Torrey Pines Rd. Turn right onto Northpoint Dr and then turn left to reach Old Middlefield Way.

For public transport, take the Green Line towards Santee and exit at Old Town Transit Center Station. Walk across the street to the bus stop for Bus 30 towards Sorrento Valley Trolley Station and get off at the Northpoint Dr & Roselle St stop. Walk north on Roselle St towards Old Middlefield Way.

For driving/parking, there are several parking lots in the area with hourly rates ranging from $2-$4 per hour. It is recommended to park in Parking Lot B on Old Middlefield Way where there is a flat rate of $10 for all-day parking.
