Our Loring roasters are designed for both precision and sustainability. Using a single burner convection system, they roast coffee while simultaneously incinerating smoke, eliminating the need for a separate afterburner and reducing fuel usage by up to 80%.
By recirculating hot air efficiently, the system reaches ideal roasting temperatures faster while using less energy and producing fewer greenhouse gas emissions. Combined with fast reacting thermocouples, this allows us to dial in highly precise roast profiles for every varietal and origin we source.

Cortado vs Flat White☕️
They might look similar, but they drink very differently.
A cortado is equal parts espresso and steamed milk. It’s small, direct, and keeps the espresso front and center with just enough milk to round it out.
A flat white brings in more milk with a silky microfoam, creating a smoother, more mellow cup that stretches the espresso into something softer.
If you want bold and structured, go cortado.
