Today we had the pleasure of celebrating our very first “Eat More Chicken, Do More Good” Business of the Month: Community Interface Services!♥️
Community Interface Services (Community Interface Services) is “a nonprofit organization providing person-centered services to children and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities concentrated in San Diego County with limited services throughout the state. The agency was founded on the principle that people with intellectual/developmental disabilities are in the best position to determine how they want to live.” (communityinterfaceservices.org). Organizations like this make us proud to call Vista home, and we were honored to provide lunch for every staff member today. Congratulations are in order... Adriana has been promoted to Team Trainer!
Adriana has been with us for nine months and has been a valuable member of our Back of House crew. Her favorite part about working here is the community she’s built, sharing “it doesn’t feel like you’re coming here to work, it feels like you’re coming here to serve with your friends.” Her favorite artist at the moment is Olivia Rodrigo. It was our pleasure to provide breakfast for the 2026 Boys & Girls Club of Vista Golf Fore the Kids Tournament this morning. ⛳️ Fueled by Chicken Biscuits and Chick-fil-A Lemonade, 144 golfers took to the course to raise money for the Boys & Girls Club of Vista, which provides invaluable support and resources for the youth of our community. We were also thrilled to sponsor the Putting Contest, awarding the winner with Chick-fil-A for a year!
At Chick-fil-A Vista Village our vision statement is “not just here to make chicken, here to make a difference,” and we are so grateful for partnerships with organizations like the Boys & Girls Club of Vista that allow us to do this.

A new Team Trainer has entered the restaurant... Jazzy!
Jazzy has been with Chick-fil-A for a little over a year now. If you have been to our Family Nights, you might recognize her as one of Mr. Cow’s besties. Her favorite part of working at Chick-fil-A is the relationships she builds with our guests, and even more so with her team members. Her current songs on repeat are “All Your’n” by Tyler Childers and “Island in the Sun” by Weezer. We love you, Jazzy!

Today, the Chick-fil-A San Diego restaurants partnered with the San Diego Padres, Walmart, and Monarch School for a back-to-school shopping trip to remember. The Cows cheered on many amazing kiddos shopping alongside Padres players Adrian Morejon, Jase Bowen, Bradgley Rodriguez, and Michael King, as well as former players Mark Loretta, Bob Scanlan, and Carlos Hernandez. We are so thankful for this partnership and for the opportunity to give back to our San Diego community.

She was initially nervous about coming to a new workplace, but now her favorite part about working here is the warm and welcoming second family she gets to serve alongside. Yareli has been with Chick-fil-A for about four years now, and never fails to cheer us up with her bright smile and positive attitude. Her favorite part about serving at Chick-fil-A is the connections she makes with guests every day, proving that seemingly small moments have the power to make a large impact. Too much fun was had at our Stuffed Animal Sleepover!🧸💫
After last night’s Family Night (complete with a bedtime story with Mr. Cow, of course!), the plushies got into all sorts of excitement. Between helping out in the Drive-Thru, eating ice cream, making fries, and attending “Chick-fil-A school” with Mr. Cow, there’s lots for your little one to hear all about from their furry friend.

Fergie has been with Chick-fil-A Vista Village for just shy of a year, and in that time has become an invaluable member of our team. Her favorite part about working here is the friendships she has made with her coworkers and building a community that feels like a second family. Something you may not know about Fergie is that in addition to being one of our Remarkable Futures Scholars, she is writing a historical fantasy novel in her free time! We can’t wait to see you on the NYT Bestsellers list, Fergie. In the mean time, CONGRATULATIONS!
