At least 5 different owners since the founder Peder in 1984. A perfect demonstration that the ownership can change, the Danish bakery spirit and recipes are not attached to only one person “dear Sueeee”, so with hard work and passion this is still Carlsbad Danish bakery, the only one !

To get to Roosevelt Street in Carlsbad, you can take the Coaster train to the Carlsbad Village Station and walk east on Grand Avenue until you reach Roosevelt Street. Alternatively, you can take the #101 bus and get off at the Grand Ave & State St stop and walk east.
If driving, take the Carlsbad Village Drive exit off I-5 and head west. Turn right onto Roosevelt Street and parking is available along the street or in nearby parking lots.
