Meet Lilia. She joined the Smokin J’s crew while she was but a wee lass in high school and it has been an absolute pleasure to get to watch her grow up with us, going from a spunky kid with a bright smile figuring out her first job, to a wonderful, confidant adult, slinging bbq and dealing with our customers with an emotional maturity that I could only dream of at that age.
