The sun has set on 2024, and on Seaborne Coffee’s time as a community hub, and we want to take the opportunity to thank you all.
To our supporters - thank you for including us in your daily routines, family visits, sleepy mornings and supercharged afternoons, celebrations, and allowing us to be a familiar comfort in difficult times.
To our team - we thank you most of all. You’ve been the backbone, the beating heart, and the face of this shop. We are grateful to you for being ambassadors for Seaborne, and for always treating the people who walk through our doors with dignity, respect, and kindness.
As 2025 arrives, we want to encourage you all to revisit familiar faces under a new banner, and welcome into this space.

Calypso Cold Foam
Just as its namesake siren, Calypso, this cold foam beckons you toward the cool, sweet relief of your go-to iced favorites. A mystical whisper of heat draws you in, and just when you think you can’t go any further, you’ve arrived, wrecked on the rocks below. Tempting, daring and bold, Calypso is your new favorite cold foam.
Our Oaxacan Mocha is an ode to balance - Delicately sweet and spicy, we combine bittersweet dark chocolate with whole vanilla beans, cinnamon and cayenne pepper to bring you a warm wake-up call first thing in the morning. We crafted this to pay homage to our southern neighbors, and our favorite time of year. We recommend enjoying this lush, macabre brew as hot as a bruja’s cauldron, but chilled as the grave gets the job done as well.
Harvest Latte
Where cozy and crisp collide, you will find our harvest latte. Built on a base of the season’s most notable winter squash, we layer cinnamon, (insert other spices) and brown sugar to bring you the feeling of hopping into a pile of fallen leaves, soaking up the days that shrink into the bearhug of longer nights, and the reminder that like Mother Nature - we too are built to slow down at times.

For public transport, take the train to Oceanside Transit Center. From there, walk south on N Cleveland St towards S Tremont St. Turn left onto S Coast Hwy and continue walking until you reach your destination.
For driving/parking, take I-5 and exit at Mission Ave in Oceanside. Head west on Mission Ave and turn right onto N Coast Hwy. Continue straight until you reach your destination. Parking options may be available along the street or in nearby parking lots.
