Another fantastic Flights by Jimmy dinner this week! The guests won an auction for one of my dinners at the annual Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Gala in San Diego. Poached egg, early spring asparagus, pancetta, fleur de sol, sheep’s cheese, macadamias. There is a lot going on here. Each ingredient by itself is a star, but combined, makes a standout synergistic event. It’s the weekend, get in the kitchen!
