We are far from perfect and we know there is still work to be done. But we are truly humbled by the love and good faith you show us every day. None of this would be possible without you. Five years ago we opened Guanatos City with nothing but faith and hustle.

No safety net. No guarantees. Just belief in our food and in ourselves.

This industry is not easy. Long days. Late nights. Payroll. Rent. Audits. Stress. Doubt. You name it. There were moments that tested us. But we never folded.

We stayed true to who we are. No shortcuts. No fake hype. Just good food and hard work.

Five years later and we’re still here.

Still cooking.
Still learning.
Still growing.

This wasn’t luck.
This was sacrifice.
This was belief.

And we’re just getting started.
