Perfect and puckery. Bouncy and bright. A flagrant defier of the laws of physics (it’s both ethereally light and extraordinarily creamy). Exactly like a watermelon sour candy. If it wasn’t summer before, it is now.

One kind of cocoa wasn’t enough for Confetti Brownie Batter. So we used two. Fair Trade brown cocoa combined with black cocoa, for the smooth, fudge-like quality of a dark chocolate brownie. We’d eat it by itself. But the sprinkles make us smile.

There are several parking options available on University Avenue. You can park on the street, but be mindful of parking restrictions and time limits. There are also several parking garages nearby such as the Park-it-on-Market Garage and the 10th & E Parking Lot.
