As October (AKA National Dessert Month) comes to a close and we head into November, we want to express our gratitude for everyone who purchased our product this month. We have loved sharing Gelü with you at pumpkin patches, schools, businesses, birthday parties, band competitions, as well as church and community events.

🦒 These happy faces belong to two of the many fantastic employees at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. The last two times we had the privilege of serving Gelu Italian Ice to the Safari Park staff, it was a triple-digit temperature day and everyone was still hard at work, with a smile on their face, making sure everyone (and every animal) at the park had a great experience.

Hey everyone! It’s been a minute. Our goal is to provide a place, via social media, where you can stop by regularly to learn about our delicious products, about amazing events happening around town, and about other incredible local vendors.
As you may have noticed, there have been some pauses in posting on social media from time to time over the past 4 years. This was due, in large part, to trying to balance the ins and outs of running a small business, and caring for a loved one with a rare & incurable disease.
We are thankful for everyone who stuck with us, despite an inconsistent online presence.
Monday, August 17th was our 5 year Gelü-versary. It was also the day this loved one passed away.
They were one of our biggest cheerleaders as we brought Gelü to San Diego. They loved Gelü (especially Mango Madness) and they loved to see us doing something that brought people joy.
As we work hard to get back to providing consistent content & prompt responses to your inquiries, we just want to thank you all for your patience and support.
